I would like to order a gown.

     Please order from our website shopping cart or call us at (417) 623-2253. 

     To order from the website make your selection and click on "add to cart" then "check out" according to the instructions.  Be sure to give correct billing information and shipping address.  Give us a phone number in case we need to contact you and carefully check your gown style number, color and size.  All information needs to be complete to start filling your order.  We will email you with information concerning your order within 24 hours.  Your credit card won't be charged unless your order can be filled.

   Phone orders can be taken at (417) 623-2253.  Please have gown and credit card information ready and your order can be taken and confirmed quickly.  Our store hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 5:30pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm. 

I would like to confirm my order

     Your order will be processed as soon as possible.  Check your email often to receive confirmation and information about your order.  If the dress is not available for your wear date we will let you know by email within 24-48 hours.  If you haven't received an email please call (417) 623-2253.

How will you contact me?

     We will contact you by email first or the phone number you gave us.

I would like to change my order

     It is possible that a change could be made immediately following your order and we will do all we can, but in many cases it may be too late to make a change.

Can I apply a coupon or discount to an order already made?

   We are not able to honor todays sales or coupons on yesterdays orders.  We try to offer the best price that we can on any given day but we reserve  the right to change prices without prior notice.

Do the gowns fit like street clothes?

    Mostly they run a little smaller.  It depends on the designer.  Forget the size tags and measure carefully.

How can I be sure my gown will fit?

    Measure, don't guess.  Use the size chart for the manufacturer listed for your dress.  Use your judgement.  If a dress is fitted in the bust and waist but has a full skirt,  the hip measurement would not be as important.  It is generally easier to take in than let out so go larger rather than smaller.  The bust is generally more difficult to adjust, while taking in the waist and hips is generally  not as difficult.

   Measure over undergarments, snuggly but not tight.  If you plan to wear special undergarments under the gown, wear them while you measure.

1.  Bust measurement (over fullest part of bust).

2.  Waist measurement at natural waist (smallest part)

3.  Hip measurement (around the fullest part of hips).

Hollow to hem: From the base of the neck to the floor.  This is especially good to know for flower girls or for tall girls.

I would like to cancel my order

     Cancellations or refunds are not possible.  We try to process orders as quickly as possible which my be within an hour during business hours.  Please choose carefully to avoid any need for a cancellation.

Why was my order cancelled?

     If the gown you wanted was not available in time for your wear date we are not able to fill your order and it was cancelled and your credit card was not charged.  Inventory changes often during peak seasons and what was available an hour ago, may not be there now.  We will be happy to try to help you find another gown.

I need a gown soon.

    Our in-store inventory shows gowns available for immediate shipping.  Please check the size chart for the manufacturer listed to determine your correct size.  We try to keep our website updated but if for any reason the gown listed is not available you will be notified and your credit card will not be billed.

What if it doesn't fit?

     Most girls need alterations done on gowns, since girls come in many sizes and gowns come in only certain sizes.

     If the bust is too large add bra cups.  Often shortening the straps will make a big difference in fit or if your gown laces that might take care of the problem.

     Hems are affected by shoe height and for full skirts, full slips can take care of inches. 

     If you still need help consult a seamstress.

Where is your store located?

     We are located between Seneca and Joplin Missouri on 43 highway, 5 1/2 miles south of I-44 (take exit #4) in the southwest corner of Missouri.

     Ours is a family owned business that began in 1993.  We started our business doing wedding cakes and we still do them locally.  Our business has expanded to include over 600 wedding gowns in stock besides prom, bridesmaid, flower girl, veils and accessories.  We rent bride's maid gown and tuxedos to our local customers.  We have an excellent staff and would be happy to have you visit us.  We are open Monday - Friday 10am -5:30pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm.

How should I pay for my gown?

    The best way is with your Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card)

When will I be charged?

     Your card will be charged when the order is processed.  If the order can't be filled no charge will be made.

Can I pay by check or money order?

     We are glad to accept them but the order cannot be processed until the check clears the bank or the money order is received.  Either one will delay your order and gowns cannot be "held".  If the gown has been sold we will issue a refund.  We can't be responsible for loss or delivery of refund checks.  If your refund check does not arrive within 4 - 6 weeks we will issue another check minus $25 for bank charges to stop payment on the other check.
